Papaya provides one of the best opportunities to treat liver cirrhosis. This is actually one of the best remedies for liver problems. You can add half teaspoon lemon juice with two teaspoons papaya juice and have that every day. You can take the mixture for three to four weeks to get rid of this problem.


Carrot Juice and Spinach

This also helps to cure liver cirrhosis. Mix spinach juice with carrot juice and take this juice every day.

Walnuts and Avocados

To protect your liver from disease, make sure to include walnuts and avocados in the diet. Glutathione present in walnut and avocados cleanses toxins deposited in liver.

Green Tea

This is one of the best remedies for liver problem. Green tea is high on catechins that support liver functions. Drink at least three to four cups of green tea to protect your liver.


Apart from using these remedies, make sure to take a few supplements to improve liver function. Also, avoid cigarettes and excessive iron supplements to protect your liver.
