Mind your mother and always take your vitamins

Mom was right. Vitamins and minerals are one of the simplest ways to get healthy energy without much exertion on your part. Calcium, Magnesium, Vitamin D, & even the herb Cayenne can send your metabolism into high gear when taken consistently. Don’t skimp on your vitamins either. Buying a cheap tablet form leads to little absorption and doesn’t make much of a difference. Always go for the quick dissolving capsules or a liquid form when available. Add a little Omega 3’s to your day for better mind clarity and overall body wellness!


Get out of the house and start moving

Our bodies were meant to breath in the great outdoors. A little sunshine and fresh air do things for the soul that the indoors never could. Even a 10 minute stroll around the neighborhood will send your energy levels soaring for the rest of the day! Drink water like it’s going out of style
